- Booking Policy - By appointment only. Same day appointments may be available, but booking ensures your desired time.
- Payment Policy - A credit card may be required to hold your appointment. An alternative form of payment may be used at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and all major credit cards.
- We collect information from you upon registering on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill our a intake form.
- Late arrivals Policy - Appointments will be canceled 20 minutes after the start time if patient is absent. We recommend rescheduling the appointment.
- Cancellation Policy - 24 notice is required for all advanced appointments.
- Sexual Misconduct Policy - This is a professional place of business. Any sexual remarks, advances or illicit gestures will result in immediate termination of session. Clients will be held liable for cost of session and criminal charges may be filed.
